Life, the Universe and Everything

A friend of mine from work gave me a book the other day: Catastrophes and Lesser Calamities, the causes of mass extinctions. I haven't read it yet but it has gotten me thinking about all of my old theories on life, the universe, karma etc and my idea for a novel about the Mathematics of Reincarnation. With luck it might help me to get started, but don't be surprised if I am still complaining of writers block a year from now!

Old Friends

Over the last few weeks I have got back in touch with a fair number of old friends from my School and University days. Some people I haven't seen in nearly 20 years! This has brought back lots of lovely old memories and its interesting to see how different peoples lives have developed, the good things that happen as well as the hardships. It has definitely got me thinking about what I expected from my life all those years ago, and you know what... things are pretty damn good.

I am very excited about my forthcoming trip around Northern India in December and expect to be doing lots and lots of creative things with all of the photographs I am going to be taking while there, expect this blog to start getting more interesting in the New Year :)

New Camera

I got a new camera for my birthday, a Canon EOS 450D and so far I am loving it. here are some pics of our 2 doggies (Thessily and Loki) taken at Chatsworth.
